What is the FAQ page? #
The FAQ page allows merchants to highlight detailed answers to typical customer queries. By having a dedicated FAQ page, customers have an easy to find place where they can address their common questions, which helps to facilitate a frictionless buying process.
How to set up the FAQ page #
Steps
- Open the Theme Editor.
- Select Pages > faqs from the dropdown at the top.
- In the TEMPLATE section on the left of the screen, several sections are present by default.
The content from the FAQ page (from the Shopify admin area) is automatically hidden within VotraLee. If you’d like to show this content, you’ll need to unhide this section:
